Course Objective

To investigate the common points of the medical law and the criminal law, especially the responsibilities and the obligations of the medical doctors and the patients.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1	Being able to consider the legal references of the medical law.
2	Being able to tell the requirements of the lawful medical intervention.
3	Being able to express the malpractise and its concequences.
4	Being able to determine the offences bu the medical doktors
5	Being able to investigate the responsibilities and the obligations of the medical doctors and the patients
