Course Objective

The objective of this course is to inform the law students about the subjects relating to forensic medicine and to make them understand the principles in evaluating the forensic medicine.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to classify the forensic sciences.
2   To be able to designate the forensic expertise.
3   To be able to evaluate the medical evidences.
4   To be able to define the legal liabilities of the physician.
5   To be able to designate the crimes against the physical integrity.
6   To be able to define the forensic medical evaluation of the victim and the accused.
7   To be able to designate the liability of the physician on crime scene investigation.
8   To be able to define the workflows and liabilities of the physicians in forensic medical examination of the death.
