Course Objective

The aim of this course is for students to know the art of the prehistoric period and the cultural and artistic environment of the Egyptian, Greek, Roman and Anatolian civilizations.

1   Knows the concepts of art, artist and art work.
2   Knows the history of Art History.
3   Knows the painting and sculptures of the Prehistorical period.
4   Knows the artistic understanding of the civilisations of Egytp, Greek, Rome and Mesopotamia and Anatolia.
