Course Objective

To maximize the performance by psychologically managing emotions, worries and anxieties during the preparation process, before and during the concert.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to act with the ability to know and manage ourselves as human beings.
2   To be able to recognize the feelings and thoughts experienced during the preparation process for the concert.
3   Learn and practice how to manage fears.
4   Learning ways to manage these feelings and thoughts.
5   Learning the steps to progress in the preparation process along with emotion and thought control.Duygu ve düşünce kontrolü ile beraber hazırlık sürecinde ilerleme adımlarını öğrenme.
