Course Objective

Introduction of Bağlama, simple exercises with right and left hands, playing simple melodies starting with hüseyni melodies that are being used very much in Turkish folk music also being used as school music.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Holds his instrument and spring ( tezene ) correctly.
2   Knows the places and names of notes on G and D
3   Uses different spring ( tezene ) styles at different strings
4   Performs melodies by Teke Tezenesi
5   Performs melodies by Konya Tezenesi
6   Performs melodies in 2/4, 4/4, 5/8, 7/8 ve 9/8 measures
