Course Objective

Violoncello and elements, basic knowledge and skills about playing cello. Practicing exercises related to violoncello and violoncello playing, violoncello correct holding, detachment and legato playing techniques from basic bow techniques and proper exercises on these techniques to correctly lower and lift the left hand fingers to the respective voices, use two hands coordinated, perform small scale national and universal works.

3   Understands the sounds in first position.
4   Manages to play legato bow technique.
5   Manages to play detach bow technique.

2 Bow studies (in four strings, all bow)
3 Accents and accent studies with songs that contain different rhythms.
4 C Major scale studies in a one octave and separate, linked, the lower half, upper half and full bow techniques.
5 a minor scale studies in a one octave and separate, linked, the lower half, upper half and full bow techniques.
6 G Major scale studies in a one octave and separate, linked, the lower half, upper half and full bow techniques.
7 Preparatory work before the exam.
8 Mid-term exam
9 Major scale studies in a one octave and separate, linked, the lower half, upper half and full bow techniques.
10 F Major and d minor scale studies in a one octave and separate, linked, the lower half, upper half and full bow techniques.
