Course Objective

This course aims to provide an understanding of the approaches and helping services related to lifespan career development and to develop application skills.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. Know career development tasks specific to different age periods
2   2. Know career interventions to be applied in different education stages.
3   3. Know career interventions to be applied in industrial institutions
4   4. Know theories and models of career development,
5   5. Take into account ethical and cultural strategies related to career development
