Course Objective

Community service learning provides an avenue for those preparing to teach to gain a deep and extensive knowledge of the contexts of their students lives. Through community service activities student teachers develop their communication capabilities and their self-esteem is enhanced. They also find qualities in themselves of patience and empathy and they gain confidence.

1   Identify the current problems of society and find solutions to these problems.
2   Prepare activities about these problems.
3   Apply these activities in schools.
4   Participate actively in social projects.
5   Participate in a team project.

The success of the student is determined by the midterm and final exam grades. Apart from this, there is no special evaluation criterion.
