Course Objective

Improvement and training of listening comprehension skills on B2/C1 (C2) level

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The students can understand different and longer listening texts on B2/C1-level.
2   The students can take notes.
3   The students can reproduce, summarize, interpret and criticize orally and in writing the content of listening texts.
4   The students can analyze listening material regarding the degree of difficulty (also according to the European Reference Frame).
5   The students can analyze listening tasks and can design listening tasks/exercises at the A1, A2 and B1-language level.

Assessment Criteria

The success of the student is determined by the grade to be obtained from the midterm and final exams of the course. Apart from this, there is no special evaluation criterion.
