Course Objective

At the end of this course, it is aimed that the students learn the development of social history in Türkiye and the World and studies done in this field.

1   To be able to compare the concepts of social history and history of society
2   To be able to write the social history discussions in the World and Türkiye
3   To be able to tell the development of social history in Türkiye and in the World
4   To be able to explain the effect of Annales school on social history studies
5   To be able to discuss the existing opportunities for social history in Türkiye
