Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach students the basic institution, economic and religious lifestyle, literary and art products that form the Turkish culture and civilization before and after Islam.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Know the basic resources of Turkish cultural history.
2   Explain the basic economic, social, cultural, artistic and religious elementsof Turkish Cultural history.
3   Compare the stages of Turkish cultural history in different Turkish states.
4   Analyzes different cultures that Turkish culture has influenced and been influenced by.
5   Evaluate the reflections of Turkish cultural history to the present.
