Course Objective

Geomorphology definition, subject area and understanding the relationship with other disciplines.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to learn the concepts and information regarding the basics of geomorphology.
2   To be able to understand the factors (structure, factors and processes, time) that affect the formation of landforms.
3   Being able to perceive the effects of internal factors and the forms they reveal.
4   To understand the relationship between the lithological characteristics of rocks and land forms.
5   To be able to apply the theoretical knowledge regarding the basics of geomorphology in the field.
