Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to increase awareness of the preschool teacher candides about the importance of effective communication, effective listening and effective speech. And also to improve their attitudes toward the student-teacher-parent communication issues related to communication and conflict resolution.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Gain knowledge of effective communication and its components.
2   Use communication models.
3   Gain effective listening skills.
4   Gain effective speaking skills.
5   The effective use of body language
6   Gain the ability to resolve conflicts that may arise in communication.
