To be able to learn and distinguish the structure and properties of organic compounds

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   After completing this course, the students will be able to Name hydrocarbons such as alkane, alkene and alkyne and organic compounds with functional groups.
2   Understand the physical properties of hydrocarbons such as alkanes, alkenes and alkynes and organic compounds with functional groups.
3   To be able to show hydrocarbons such as alkane, alkene and alkyne and organic compounds with functional groups with models
4   Learn intramolecular and intermolecular bonds, hybrid type, bond type and bond number in hydrocarbons such as alkanes, alkenes and alkynes
5   Learn separation methods
6   Analyze hydrocarbons with recognition tests
7   Comprehend isomer and isomer types in organic compounds
