Course Objective

The aim of this course for students is to teach the basics of ceramic and ceramic sculpture art, which is an art and design language, ceramic history will be reviewed, contemporary ceramic examples will be examined, ceramic methods such as shaping and firing will be defined and basic level ceramic studies will be carried out. Knowledge and skills will be gained about ceramic clay types, working methods and techniques, and firing and glazing.

4   Can create sculptures from ceramics.
