Course Objective

Transactional Analysis is an approach that deals with human psychology on a wide range of topics such as personality, interpersonal relationships, communication, development, life, psychopathology, psychotherapy. It is aimed for undergraduate students to create realistic self-awareness regarding the concept of self in their social relationships and to improve their relationships by understanding them. In this context;

It is aimed to increase their competencies at the level of knowledge with these subjects.
- Basic concepts and dimensions of communication,
- Effective communication,
- Transactional Analysis theory as a method of establishing and managing effective communication in business life
- Structural and functional analysis of ego states
- Child, adult and parent ego states
- Childhood decisions and their reflections on adulthood
It is aimed to increase their competencies at the level of skill with these subjects.
- Dynamics of communication in business life
- Complementary transactions,
- Intersecting transactions,
- Implicit transactions
It is aimed to increase their competence at the attitude level in terms of staying in the adult ego state.
