Course Objective

to develop the basic communication skills of teachers, develop the basic principles of effective communication process, types of communication (spoken, spoken and non-verbal), body language, communication barriers, interpersonal communication and communication models, the basic basics of face-to-face, school, classroom communication.

1   Students explain the basic concepts of communication
2   Students can use the information they get in personal relationships
3   Students gain effective communication skills
4   Students gain the ability to solve communication problems

12 Empathy in interpersonal communication
13 Interpersonal problems, conflict and conflict resolution approaches
14 Human relations in terms of intercultural differentiation
