Course Objective |
The objective of this course is to provide students fundamental knowledge about microorganisms that cause diseases in animals, their modes of transmission, diagnostic methods, and control strategies. The course aims to enable students to understand the epidemiological characteristics of bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic agents, comprehend the mechanisms of outbreak development, and evaluate these within the framework of preventive medicine principles. Accordingly, students will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for the recognition, prevention, and control of infectious diseases encountered in clinical, laboratory, and field settings. |
