Course Objective

Within the scope of this course; Introduction and working principles of ECG, EEG, EOG, ENMG, sleep disorder diagnosis, respiratory measurement systems, bedside signal monitors, audiometric monitors, NIBP (sphygmomanometer) and tymponemetry devices, which are physiological signal monitors, and troubleshooting of possible electrical and mechanical malfunctions of these devices are discussed. is being processed.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Introduction of physiological signal monitors such as ECG, EEG, EOG, ENMG, sleep disorder diagnosis, respiratory measurement systems, bedside signal monitors, audiometric monitors, NIBP (sphygmomanometer) and tymponemetry devices, and knowing their working principles and usage areas.
2   Ability to troubleshoot common electrical, electronic and electromechanical malfunctions of physiological signal monitors.
3   Ability to provide user training by detecting common user errors of physiological signal monitors.
4   To know the structure and purposes of use of simulators related to devices that measure physiological signals
5   To be able to understand the block diagrams of physiological signal tracers.
