This course is for students to be knowledgeable about international sports organizations, be able to understand the philosophy olimpizm

1   Describing international sport organizations.
2   To discuss the diversity and efficiency of international sports organizations.
3   To discuss Development of international sports organizations.
4   Understanding the processes of sports aesthetics, ethics, movement and play.
5   To analyze the philosophy of Olympism and the modern Olympic Games.

Week Subject Description
1 General information about the course, explanation of the aims of the lesson, expectations from the student.
2 Definition of international sports organizations, International Olympic Committee, International Federations and general information about TOC.
3 General information about the Summer and Winter Olympic Games. Examination of organizational structures.
4 General information about Special Olympics. Examination of organizational structures
5 Examination of general information and organizational structure about the Youth Olympics. (Youth olympic games)
6 Examination of general information and organizational structures about world championships and world cups.
7 Examination of general information and organizational structures about European Championships and European Cups.
8 Midterm exams
9 Examination of general information and organizational structures about Asian, Pan American, African, Mediterranean Games.
10 Examination of general information and organizational structures about Balkan Games and Islamic Games.
11 Examination of general information and organizational structures about WA, FIFA, FIBA
12 Examination of general information and organizational structures about FIVB, FINA, UCI, ITU
13 Examination of general information and organizational structures about the modern Olympic Games.
