Course Objective

It is aimed to examine the institutions and concepts in the Turkish Social Security System, as well as to understand the social security law legislation, which displays a complex image, more easily by the students.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to define the basic concepts and principles of social security law 2   To be able to explain the provisions of the legislation that dominate the social security law 3   To be able to resolve disputes related to social security law within the scope of legislative provisions and judicial decisions. 4   To be able to question the current social security system critically 5   To be able to propose solutions to problems encountered in the field of social security law in terms of positive law and normative law
