Course Objective

The aim of the course is to introduce Administrative Procedure Law conceptually and theoretically, to teach the basic principles and rules of Administrative Procedure Law and to demonstrate its application with examples.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to explain the concept of Administrative Procedure
2   To establish the relationship between the principle of legal security and administrative procedure.
3   To be able to detect illegalities in the process of administrative action.
4   Learning basic administrative procedure principles
5   To be able to understand the issues of reversal of administrative action and acquired rights.
6   To be able to take legal action against procedural irregularities during the execution of administrative proceedings.
