Course Objective

Economic and financial crises are complex phenomena that have shaped the financial landscape throughout history. Understanding the fundamental concepts is essential to conduct strategies for mitigating their adverse effects. The course emphasizes the theoretical explanation of economic crises, the role of risk/vulnerability factors, solutions and policy implications with developed countries and emerging market examples.
