Course Objective

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to explain the basic concepts of communication and effective communication methods. 2   Students will be able to explain nonverbel communication, communication barriers and prepare a speech text. 3   Students will be able to explain the social behavior rules; the rules of etiquette, courtesy, elegance and protocol. 4   Students will be able to can explain the protocol rules encountered in different cultures, in particular cabin services.
