Course Objective

To increase the basic music knowledge of dentistry students

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Evaluates the relationships between music and culture in the context of identity and tradition. 2   Evaluates the relationship between music and health in terms of mental and physical effects. 3   Analyzes the contributions of musical activities to individual development. 4   Plans development strategies for individual development. 5   Designs original application examples by comparing different musical approaches.

Assessment Criteria

The course grade is determined by calculating 40% of the midterm examination and 60% of the final examination. A resit examination is administered for students who do not pass.
