Course Objective

The aim of this course is to help students perform a scientific study for a research question under supervision of a faculty member (i.e., advisor) by collecting data, making necessary statistical analyses, interpretating findings in line with current relevant literature.

1   Students will be able to collect data in line with determined research design and measurement tools
2   Students will be able to transfer data to statistical package programs
3   Students will be able to make necessary statistical analyses
4   Students will be able to interpret statistical findings
5   Students will be able to report statistical findings
6   Students will be able to discuss similarities and differences with other relevant liteature findings

7 Mid-term evaluation: Poster presentations

9 Performing main statistical analyses and interpreting
10 Performing main statistical analyses and interpreting
11 Writing results section of paper
12 Comparsion of current findings with literature
13 Comparsion of current findings with literature
14 Determination of researc limitations,implications and suggestions for future studies
15 Completion and review of research paper in different sections
