Course Objective

Be able to provide information about appealing Judicial ways for administration procedures and actions

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to define the concept of judicial control of the administration within the framework of the constitutional principles .
2   Being able to sort the properties of administrative judicial and classify construction of the administrative Judiciary.
3   Being able to explain jurisdiction rules in administrative law
4   Being able to analyse administrative action for annulment and for damages.
5   Being able to examine the institution of stay of execution.
6   Being able to sort ordinary and extraordinary legal remedies
7   Being able to explain fulfillment judicial decisions.
