Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students a theoretical basis for the public relations management in tourism.

1   1. Evaluate the factors affecting strategies of public relations in travel and tourism industry.

2. Examine a speech given by one of the top managers of the same company after a crisis (30 points)
