Wine, history, grapes, viticulture and wine production, wine tasting and give basic information about techniques

1   Have general knowledge of wine and wine production
2   Wine tasting and evaluation of appropriate behavior, knowing the sequence and order
3   Having enough knowledge about basic grape varieties, made the wine, to get an idea about food pairings
4   Have enough information about important wine regions and wines in the world
5   Ability to successfully perform the opening and service of wine
