Course Objective

There are two elements of total variability in the process: product-induced variability and measurement-induced variability. Product-induced variability is the variation that occurs in the batch that makes up the products. The aim of this course is to define and determine the measurement-induced variability, first of all, in order to accurately determine and even reduce product-induced variability. Gage R&R, mean-range method and ANOVA method will be used to reveal sources of variability.
