Course Objective

It is expected that students will learn the strength of machine elements in new designs, fundamentals of the machine elements, importance of standarts and tolerances, the calculation, design and use of machine elements.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the end of the course it is expected that the student will be able to know and classify machine elements according to their functions
2   At the end of the course, the student is expected to be able to use their knowledge of engineering materials.
3   At the end of the course, the student is expected to be able to use their knowlage of strength of materials
4   At the end of the course it is expected that the student will be able to solve the problem of basic machine element
5   At the end of the course it is expected that the student will be able to use standarts in machine element
