Course Objective

To provide information on the subject about health services and development of hospitals, hospital system, purpose of hospitals, functions, classification etc.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Becomes a leader, self-confident and productive individual in healthcare organizations.
2   Have sufficient knowledge about organization and management in health institutions.
3   Have ability to plan, organise, execute and control functions in health institutions.
4   Recognizes health planning, health policies and factors that make up health sectors in global health systems.
5   Knows the economic and management functioning in health institutions, has enough knowledge of economics, accounting, business, law and financial management to be applied in the evaluation and health sector.
