#### Course Objective

To understand the issues related to Analytic Geometry and Analysis, to provide the practice of this in an effective way in the professional areas. It also aims to show the importance and purpose of mathematics is by the acquisition of analytical mindset.

#### Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

 1 Recognizing the coordinate systems and the conic sections; be able to express in the different coordinates conic sections 2 Be able to understand the equations of line and plane in two-and three-dimensional space 3 Be able to understand the multivariate functions and its features 4 Be able to comprehend the limits, continuity and derivative in the multivariate functions, to apply to engineering problems. 5 Be able to define multiple integrals over plane and solid regions; being able to use in applications in relation to the concepts of area, volume, mass and energy
