Course Objective

To learn the basic legal structure, rules and principles about political parties and election. To learn and analyse the basic regulations in international law, national law, legislation and dijudication about the political parties and election.

3   To know the basis regulations in the international law about political parties
4   To learn the sources of national law about political parties
5   To learn the organisation and the obligation rules of political parties
