Course Objective

The aim of this course is to aware of the relationship between culture and counseling, and to develop culturally sensitive counseling skills.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understand culture and relational concepts. 2   Understand the differences between individualism and collectivism. 3   Comprehend the culture s role in counseling. 4   Learn multicultural counseling theories. 5   Understand multicultural counseling competencies.
