Head of the Department: Cigdem Maraslioglu
The main function of the Department of Personnel as an administrative unit of the university is to plan and coordinate university’s human resources policies. This department deals also with executive procedures concerning academic and administrative staff such as appointment, retirement, remuneration etc. Moreover, this administrative department arranges pre- and in-service training courses for the personnel, in order to ensure the desired motivation and productivity. These activities and services organised by the Department of Personnel are carried out in cooperation and coordination with the relevant administrative units at faculties, schools and institutes of the university.
